Responsibilities

  • Lead client and subcontractor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage project schedules.
  • Develop and establish project forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage project costs effectively.
  • Taking full responsibility for project execution.
  • Mentor and develop project management staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally design-build projects with values over $50 million.
  • Strong safety record and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Previous experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
  • Leadership experience in project management.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work at construction sites, climb ladders, and navigate multi-floor scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Annual Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.
  • Discretionary Annual Bonus: Subject to company performance and individual contribution.

Location

  • This position will serve clients across various regions.
  • Travel will be required as our clients and projects are nationwide.
