Job Description

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, email, chat, and text
  • Operating department-specific equipment and software programs
  • Assisting professional staff with projects as assigned
  • Running errands on campus as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, sensitivity to intercultural communication, good interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working in an office setting and have basic Microsoft Office skills.
