Hospice RN Job OverviewThis role involves working as a key member of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and support to their families. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also possess a valid RN license in the state where they intend to work, as well as relevant experience in hospice care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to patients' families
- Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and the hospice team
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospice care or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
