Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production, packaging, and processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall plant operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plant maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
