Competitive Compensation and Benefits

• High-School/Associates: Earn between $21.18 and $25.29 per hour.
• Bachelor's Degree: Earn between $22.45 and $26.81 per hour.
• Master's Degree: Earn between $23.80 and $28.42 per hour.

Guaranteed Full-Time Hours Program

Commit to full-time availability with us and reap the rewards. After just 60 days with Cortica, you qualify for our Guaranteed Full-Time Hours Program, ensuring you at least 32 hours of work each week.

World-Class Training and Certification

Begin your journey with two weeks of paid training. Within your first 45 days, you will become a Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), preparing you to deliver exceptional care.
