We are seeking an Associate Level candidate to join our team as a Remittance Transaction Processor. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing payments and investigations to ensure operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and address incoming queries received via SWIFT to ensure timely action.
  • Handle queries received via email from middle offices to prevent customer complaints.
  • Perform Nostro Breaks reconciliation to identify unreconciled entries and prevent financial losses.
  • Handle charges for incoming and outgoing funds to maintain good relations with other banks.
  • Update trackers for all investigation cases to derive metrics for KPI.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills to report issues and provide help.
  • Ability to identify priorities and act in clients' best interest.
  • Process-oriented and high level of integrity.
  • Good knowledge of CBO procedures and methods.
  • Good knowledge of operational risks areas.
