Job Summary

Solenis is a leading global producer of specialty chemicals focused on delivering sustainable solutions for water-intensive industries.

This role is responsible for operating the mixing tank controls and valve selection, setting mixing blade speeds, pump speeds, and water temperatures for each tank and batch being made.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of high-volume plant manufacturing experience and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the mixing tank controls and valve selection
  • Set mixing blade speeds, pump speeds, and water temperatures for each tank and batch being made
  • Monitor tank scale for proper operation
  • Mix batches by closely following the instructions on each batch sheet
  • Accurately record the chemical usage on all batch sheets
  • Inspect, clean, and properly tag production holding tanks
  • Transfer finished batches as required to meet the schedule
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of high-volume plant manufacturing experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs several times each day
  • Ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours at a time

  • Ability to solve mathematical problems at the high school level
