The Senior Proposal Writer will be responsible for analyzing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify requirements for their assigned proposal sections. They will work closely with the Proposal Manager/Volume Lead to develop and identify win themes, create draft page layouts and mockups, and develop final artwork. The ideal candidate will have experience interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create draft content and creating drafts of each section using Microsoft Word-based proposal templates and proposal style guides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFPs to identify requirements for assigned proposal sections
  • Work with Proposal Manager/Volume Lead to develop and identify win themes
  • Create draft page layouts and mockups
  • Develop final artwork
  • Interview SMEs to create draft content
  • Create drafts of each section using Microsoft Word-based proposal templates and proposal style guides

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Relentless problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Enjoyment of challenges
  • Citizenship of the country where the opportunity is located or the right to work in that country
  • Completed education in a relevant field
