Compensation: The annual salary for this role ranges from $243,000 to $264,000, accompanied by a $15,000 signing bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and wellness visits.
- Provide urgent care and emergency services as needed.
- Perform essential medical procedures, including casting and suturing.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients on their health conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with specialists and community resources to enhance patient care.
- Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives.
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Current State of Alaska physician license.
- Experience in an outpatient clinic setting, preferably in community health.
