Job Title: Kitchen Staff/Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff/Barista to join our team at Monsta Snow. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order
  • Operate a fryer, griddle, and 4-burner stove
  • Fulfill food orders and maintain a clean working environment
  • Receive deliveries and maintain inventory
  • Comply with all food safety requirements

Requirements:

  • 6 months minimum of prior kitchen or food service experience
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter/quick learner
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about product quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Riverside County Food Handler's Card (have or willing to obtain within 14 days of hire)

Work Schedule:

Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays. We are willing to have flexible scheduling for students.

Pay:

$16.00-$16.50 per hour plus gratuity
