Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Huddle House unit and drive business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Develop overall strategy for unit to meet business objectives, develop and promote employees, and meet sales goals in all applicable sales avenues.
  • Maintain highest standard of customer service in unit.
  • Communicate and follow-up on unit objectives with all staff through to completion.
  • Maintain a sales-based focus, proactively seeking out sales opportunities to establish and maintain business relationships where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and retain appropriately skilled staff to work in the restaurant and/or handle catering and banquet events.
  • Develop assistant management to effectively manage sales, costs, quality, and people basics.
  • Positively impact the unit through demonstrated creativity in developing and implementing strategic initiatives in the unit.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a similar fast-casual or casual dining environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire a team of employees.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
