Job Summary

The Nurse Care Specialist provides high-quality patient care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collects and analyzes data to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Coordinates care delivery and employs strategies to promote health and safety.
  • Delegates tasks to healthcare staff according to legal and policy parameters.
  • Evaluates progress toward patient goals and outcomes.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification is required, as well as a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for career advancement.
