Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team and provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role involves performing standardized nursing assessments of patients, collecting and recording accurate and timely data, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop effective care strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To collect and report patient data in a thorough and timely manner.
  • To participate in the development of care plans in collaboration with other healthcare members.
  • To maintain an environment conducive to patient well-being.
  • To provide health education to patients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited technical school.
  • An active Montana nursing license as an LPN.
  • Successful completion of IV certification from a board-approved nursing education program or pre-licensure nursing education program within six months of hire.
  • BLS certification.
  • COVID vaccine compliance.
