As a Telemetry Nurse with i4 Search Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret patient data from various technological devices, including ECGs and blood pressure monitors.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Prescribe and implement nursing interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience working in a telemetry unit or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
