Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect and organize data for Income Tax returns, coordinating with external partners for preparation and filing.
2. Extract data from SAP for VAT returns and assist in the filing process.
3. Compile data from SAP for Sales & Use Tax returns, ensuring the creation of workpapers for review and approval.
4. Prepare and file property tax returns as necessary.
5. Establish and document tax processes for Income Tax, Sales & Use Tax, Personal Property Tax, and Payment Processing.
6. Develop a comprehensive Tax Calendar.
7. Maintain a tracking log for notices related to Income Tax and Sales & Use Tax.
8. Assist in the annual Provision preparation process.
9. Create schedules for tracking attributes such as NOLs and credits for domestic entities.
10. Understand and monitor international tax implications, including transfer pricing, for foreign locations.
11. Conduct a thorough review of tax accounts for both domestic and foreign entities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Required experience with SAP is crucial.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with the Tax Director.
- The Tax Director seeks a capable preparer who can help establish and implement tax processes.
