About the Role

Citizens Wealth Management is a leading provider in the investment services industry, focused on expanding our market share in key regions. We are seeking highly skilled Senior Virtual Investment Strategists who proactively identify and recommend a wide range of Investment and Insurance products to clients.

This critical role within our Wealth Management division involves delivering personalized financial strategies to high net worth individuals remotely. Based out of a Citizens corporate office location, this trusted advisor will work with clients virtually via phone and video, growing client assets, retaining and acquiring new clients through being the single point of contact for investment needs. Compliance with all Citizens Financial Group policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and legal requirements, is mandatory.

This holistic delivery of exceptional service and sales solutions meets clients' financial needs and goals in a virtual capacity. The successful candidate will engage with clients remotely to determine their investment needs, recommend investment strategies, and present investment choices by analyzing the client's information, including assets, income, debts, and other liabilities, cash flow, and tax status.

  • Sales Growth: Analyze the client's investment needs and achieve sales growth goals by providing an exceptional virtual experience.
  • Client Relationships: Proactively seek ways to develop and expand client relationships.
  • Efficiency: Have attention to detail, be self-motivation, and resourcefulness to achieve branch and personal goals.
  • Personal Development: Actively participate in opportunities to expand knowledge, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings.
