Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to provide pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital.
  • Ensure patient safety by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize pharmacy operations.

Requirements:

  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
