Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Werner Hyundai.

This role is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accounts for payments, and verifying data in our system.

Salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per annum, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded and processed.
  • Maintenance of Financial Records: Regularly review and update financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Effective Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Background: Essential for success in this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Critical for building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • DMS and Payroll Platform Experience: Highly valued.
