Key Responsibilities:
  • Climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties with precision and care.
  • Maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment, including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a crew, supporting the Crew Foreman to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications:
  • Proven climbing experience, utilizing rope and saddle when pruning, with knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
  • Experience with Aerial Lifts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ANSI standards is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and a CDL is preferred.
  • Experience with driving non-CDL trucks with trailers is a must.
  • Crew management, training, customer service, and safety procedures experience is highly valued.
