Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Experience
    • Engage patients by providing empathetic and personalized care, addressing their medication needs and concerns.
    • Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and joyful patient experience.
    • Connect with patients by anticipating their needs and proactively offering services, such as medication management and health screenings.
  • Operations
    • Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions, and refer them to medical providers as needed.
    • Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, and medication management.
    • Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, company policies, and standards.
  • People & Performance Management
    • Collaborate with Store Manager to establish expectations and goals, promote teamwork, and foster a shared vision.
    • Monitor and recognize improvements in pharmacy staff performance, and manage pharmacy staff by overseeing training and conducting formal performance reviews.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and insurance billing.
