Landscape Architecture Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Architecture Intern to join our team at Westwood Professional Services, Inc. in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Perform entry-level design tasks, project coordination, and training under the supervision of a Registered Landscape Architect.
- Work collaboratively as part of a design team and with other professionals in engineering and survey to produce detailed construction drawings, exhibits, graphics, renderings, and computations.
- Maintain effective communication with other landscape team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Use good time management methods and habits to meet schedule requirements.
- Utilize developed organizational skills to complete assignments efficiently and thoroughly.
- Effectively use current computer-aided design and production software to maximize efficiency of production.
- Contribute to a positive environment and team approach for all assignments.
- Consistently use the standards and procedures set in place.
- Pursuing a Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning degree from an ABET-accredited college or university.
- Ability to apply technical skills to meet project needs.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to current projects.
- Attention to detail.
USD $18.00/Hr. - USD $23.00/Hr.
