We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech. As a critical member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to trauma and emergency patients of all ages, including triage, treatment, and support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in trauma and emergency care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, MAB, and Nursys certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
