Job Summary:

The Route Driver CDL B is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring the safe transportation of confidential materials. This role involves loading and unloading delivery vehicles, securing cargo, and adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information
  • Conducts pre/post-trip checks and driver check-in on assigned truck
  • Operates company equipment safely and efficiently
  • Complies with local, state, and federal laws governing driver fitness and hours of service
  • Manages assigned routes to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Handles customer inquiries and problems

Requirements:

  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • 3+ years of experience in driving shred trucks, box trucks, and route management
  • Ability to obtain a medical card from a certified medical examiner
