Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is perfect for individuals passionate about providing high-quality legal assistance, particularly in areas such as workers' compensation, personal injury, and social security disability. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced attorneys to ensure our clients receive the best possible legal support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for clients in court or before governmental bodies, presenting evidence to support or contest cases.
  • Select jurors, argue motions, and engage with judges and witnesses during trials.
  • Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations applicable to clients.
  • Summarize and present cases effectively to judges and juries.
  • Assess findings and develop strategies for case presentations.
  • Collect evidence and conduct interviews to build a strong defense or initiate legal actions.
  • Review and assess cases related to workers' compensation and personal injury.
  • Manage social security disability claims and appeals.
  • Conduct legal research and draft necessary legal documents.
  • Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring their rights are protected.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise legal strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing legal education and professional development.


Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal practice, particularly in workers' compensation, personal injury, and social security disability.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interpret complex legal frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • High standards of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding legal representation.
