Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team as a Staff Pharmacist. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of prescription dispensing, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication therapy management, counseling, and education
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, applying knowledge to improve pharmacy operations
Requirements
  • PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Current pharmacy license in good standing
  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
