Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the district's curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to promote student engagement and understanding.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure student success.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for subject and level assigned.
- Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
