About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
