Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and assisting physicians in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in providing medical care to patients with a variety of medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Connecticut
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications preferred
- National certification in area of specialty preferred
