  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all pastries and desserts adhere to the highest standards of flavor and presentation. Conduct regular taste evaluations and implement necessary modifications.
  • Inventory Oversight: Procure and manage ingredients and supplies, ensuring their freshness and quality, particularly all dairy products. Maintain an orderly and hygienic inventory, placing orders based on operational needs and budget constraints.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a comparable role within a high-end bakery or restaurant.
  • Education: Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated expertise as a Pastry Chef with a focus on chocolate, artisanal bread, and pastry.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of chocolate techniques, bread baking, and pastry arts.
    • Exceptional creativity and the ability to devise unique and enticing pastry recipes.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
