We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Georgia's Top Hospital.
Job Summary:
As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, including discharge planning and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Active Georgia or multistate nursing license.
- BLS certification.
