Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-care skills.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency, with experience using electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
