Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager to join our team at West Boca Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing nursing care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in the NICU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement nursing care for patients in the NICU
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care
  • Assume responsibility for daily operations of the NICU unit
  • Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, and infection control

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an RN Program
  • Minimum 1 year nursing experience in NICU
  • Preferred: BSN and management experience
  • Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida
  • American Heart Association PALS, BLS, NRP certification
