Job Summary: As a Geek Squad Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support and solutions. You will provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process, understand technology issues by asking questions and taking detailed notes, and help set up and repair technology devices for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Understand and resolve technology issues
- Help customers with device setup and repair
- Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates
- Partner with fellow agents to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience with consumer electronics
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
