Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children aged 2-11, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including clinics, homes, and community-based environments. You will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collecting and analyzing data to track individual progress, and collaborating with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of interventions.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. A Registered Behavior Technician certification from the BACB is also required. While a BCBA student is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications in the ABA therapy industry, as well as a range of benefits, including BCBA student supervision hours, a BCBA student pay rate incentive, career progression and milestone achievement incentive compensation, a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match, PTO, and instant pay options through Rain.
