Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our Cath Lab team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Cath Lab team, ensuring seamless operation and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient data and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technologies in the field of cardiology.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- 1 year of RN experience, with recent charge nurse experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D).
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
