Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Plan, develop, test, and implement control system code, audio files, and other equipment-related configurations.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Perform in-house testing and on-site commissioning at client locations to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Project Management: Successfully handle multiple tasks/projects, think independently, and effectively interact with employees and clients.
  • Technical Direction: Provide programming and technical direction to project teams as needed.
  • System Integration: Install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely in physical systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting as needed.
  • Customer Support: Assist manufacturers and customers with problem resolution as needed.
  • Travel: Travel to various job sites as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience with control systems, video-conferencing, switching hardware, audio DSP setup, and calibration.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Harman Certified Control Professional (C-P) required, Extron GC-Pro Certified required, Crestron and AMX certifications required, CTS or CTS-D certification preferred.
