  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, striving to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Client Reporting: Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations, summarizing key metrics, performance indicators, and progress toward goals.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demographics to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and product development to align account management strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus but not required.
