Qualifications

Be the Best RN You Can Be

If you meet the following criteria, we would like to connect with you:
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid nursing license in the state of practice.
  • An RN with a Bachelor's Degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing must possess one year of recent nursing experience, ideally within the last three years, in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric facility, psychiatric home care, a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or another outpatient psychiatric service.
  • An RN with an Associate's Degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing must have two years of recent nursing experience, ideally within the last three years, in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric facility, psychiatric home care, a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or another outpatient psychiatric service.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
  • Must maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical capacity.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle that meets state and/or organizational insurance requirements and is in good working condition. Ability to travel to various business locations.
