Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in an orientation program to understand the Next Level Physical Therapy approach.
- Assess and address the individual goals and needs of patients.
- Deliver cost-effective treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and overall function.
- Minimize reliance on medications and provide alternatives to surgical interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow physical therapists, PTAs, ATCs, and exercise physiologists.
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Provide high-quality, personalized care based on proven interventions and best practices.
- Engage in consultations with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and document care services using WebPT.
- Develop tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific needs of patients.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or higher in Physical Therapy.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekend shifts required.
