Job Title: Elderly Caregiver

Spectrum Ventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elderly Caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Resident Satisfaction: Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages residents to thrive.
  • Nursing Measures and Adaptation: Implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and health status of each resident.
  • Engagement and Activities: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with residents to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Risk Prevention and Documentation: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures, maintaining accurate and thorough nursing documentation.
  • Care Conferences and Teamwork: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to prepare and conduct care conferences, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Student and Intern Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to students and interns, promoting their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Holder of a recognized qualification as a nursing assistant (Aide-Soignant) in Luxembourg, with a valid license to practice.
  • Experience: Previous experience in elderly care is preferred, but not required.
  • Language Skills: Good knowledge of the German language is essential, with knowledge of French and Luxembourgish languages being a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Dedication, responsibility, flexibility, commitment, strong teamwork and communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and respect for the environment.
