Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
  • Monitor social media platforms and assist with social media marketing efforts.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Update customer databases and perform market analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on marketing metrics for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (e.g., CRM tools), and applications (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing methods and tools is a plus.
