As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, the Bartender plays a vital role in crafting memorable experiences for our guests. This position is not solely about drink preparation; it encompasses the art of hospitality and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, understanding their preferences and delivering personalized service.
2. Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest beverage trends and local offerings to enhance the menu and guest experience.
3. Operational Excellence: Ensure the bar area is well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
4. Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues across the hotel to anticipate and fulfill guest needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- No supervisory experience necessary.
- Certification or license is not required.
