Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payment Processing Specialist. The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in NRCS software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Substantiate Payment Requests: Review supporting documents to ensure compliance with regulations and justify vouchers, invoices, claims, and statements.
- Coordinate Easement Work: Engage with partners and landowners on easements, maintain monitoring spreadsheets, and enter data into NEST.
