Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all aspects of the Avera Prince of Peace (APOP) Retirement Community
  • Coordinate activities of all departments to provide care that meets the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of those served
  • Supervise employees, including interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Multi-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting
  • Long Term Care Administrators license from the state of South Dakota
