Job Summary:

As a Service Technician with Rite-Hite, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You will also act as a technical resource for our customers and sales force, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors
• Provide technical support to customers and sales force
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment
• Develop skills to work on own with guidance from senior Technician

Requirements:

• Prior mechanical or electrical experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
