Position Summary

This entry-level role focuses on managing straightforward claim-related tasks in accordance with established quality and productivity standards. The representative will handle specific claims as directed by management or a claims adjuster, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete necessary documentation and log information into the system, ensuring accurate routing to relevant parties.
  • Generate and dispatch required forms to insured individuals or claimants for completion.
  • Engage with customers and third parties to gather or provide essential information in line with quality standards.
  • Maintain a strong connection with customers by addressing their needs effectively.
  • Manage incoming calls and electronic communications, screening and directing them appropriately.
  • Retrieve and distribute supporting documentation as directed, ensuring timely communication with vendors.
  • Organize claim files, including locating, requesting, and filing necessary paperwork.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, document filing, and calendar management.
Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not involve supervisory duties.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
