Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, and charting results.
  • Establish nursing plans and work within the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s) orders.
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations.
  • Follow through with established treatment plans and perform emergency intervention, physical assessment, and critical thinking.
