Job Description

In this role as an Electrical BIM Design Specialist, you will play a crucial part in the coordination of electrical work within the company E. W. Audet & Sons.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with BIM software such as Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD, and be able to create coordinated internal and external drawings by following BIM scope requirements specific to the contract and field requirements for the installation of electrical work.

You will attend project coordination meetings with other subcontractors, create a priority list of coordination tasks by following the General Contractor (GC) schedule, and work with the Senior Coordinator to ensure all deliverables meet deadline requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills in 3D coordination drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, collaborating with the Prefab and Electrical Design Department to create prefabrication spools for conduits, panels, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare coordinated internal and external drawings by following BIM scope requirements specific to the contract and field requirements for the installation of electrical work
  • Attend project coordination meetings with other subcontractors
  • Create a priority list of coordination tasks by following the General Contractor (GC) schedule
  • Work with the Senior Coordinator to ensure all deliverables meet deadline requirements
  • In conjunction with the foreman and project manager, create 3D coordination drawings in AutoCAD and Revit

Qualifications:
  • Experience with the following BIM software: Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD
Compensation:

Salary dependent on experience. We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, profit sharing after 1 year, and vision insurance.
