Master Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Culinary Director to join our team at Pursuit Collection. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned chef to lead our culinary programs, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of the world's most beautiful National Parks.

The Chef Director Montana Cuisine will oversee the design, implementation, and support of all culinary programs across our properties, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training. This leader will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation.

• Develop and execute culinary strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and implement menus that showcase local Montana cuisine and exceed guest expectations.
• Lead a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize labor productivity.
• Foster relationships with local farmers, suppliers, and partners to source high-quality ingredients and promote sustainability.

To be successful as our Head Chef and Leader, you will have:

• A degree in Culinary Arts or related field, and 3-5 years of experience as a head chef or culinary director.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performance teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors.
• A passion for local, seasonal cuisine and commitment to sustainability.
• Current Serv-Safe certification or food handler sanitation certificate.
