Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Selector to join our team at Capstone Logistics. As a Warehouse Selector, you will be responsible for selecting products throughout the warehouse, utilizing warehouse equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts, and performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selecting products throughout the warehouse, utilizing warehouse equipment as needed
  • Utilizing VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or reading manual tickets to accurately track inventory
  • Performing other duties as assigned by site leadership

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
  • Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
  • Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
  • Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
  • Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
  • Walking throughout warehouse during shift
